Department Manager Pro is a purpose-built production management platform for film and television Art Departments. Access is invitation-based and linked to an authorised production workspace. This page provides a plain-language overview for users, production companies and security reviewers.
Platform safeguards
Encrypted connections
The production application is served over HTTPS so information exchanged between a user’s browser and the platform is protected in transit.
Individual authentication
Users access the platform through individual accounts. Department Manager Pro does not ask recipients to provide passwords for email, banking or any unrelated external service.
Production-specific access
The platform is designed around production membership, assigned roles and permission controls so users are presented with the productions and functions relevant to their authorised work.
Private document access
Production documents are stored privately and are made available through authorised application requests rather than as an open public file library.
Auditability
Key administrative and document activity is recorded within the platform to support operational review and investigation when required.
How to verify an invitation
